It has distinctive style coupled with safety and protection you won't find in other jackets that cost twice as much The Dragon Jacket is made from premium heavy weight 1.7mm race grade cowhide, complimented with European CE approved body armor inside. This is the same top quality leather and armor as used in Kobe's famous racing leathers. Embossed E-foam safety zones cover the spine, lower back, shoulders, elbows/forearms, and collarbone areas. Kevlar and carbon armor is added to the shoulders and collarbones.If that wasn't enough, there is a 10mm E-foam energy absorbing back pad inside the jacket. Keprotec Kevlar stretch panels on the inner arms, plus accordion pleating behind the arms make it fit right and stay comfortable on long rides. There is a padded kidney belt on the lower back, adjustable waist, heavy-duty YKK metal zippers, and a zip out thermal liner. Large zippered vents up the front provide tons of air when you need it, and the large zippered pockets are plenty big for your hands or whatever you need to carry. There is an additional zippered pocket inside the jacket, and another pocket in the vest as well.
